Speedo Women’s Fit Tankini : Really good bust support

Very pleased with swimwear, it fits perfectly and very comfortable to swim in.

Long lasting, very practical. I’ve been swimming in a slightly older version of this speedo two-piece for several years, and bought the current ‘monogram’ version last summer. It’s excellent for anyone (like me) with a slightly longer body than ‘normal’. I find most single-piece swimsuits don’t have enough length to be comfortable – unless i order them a size too big, and then they tend to be loose just where support is essentialwith the tankini there’s a bit of a gap between the top and the shorts, but it’s infinitely preferable to being restricted and uncomfortable. That’s probably why these are popular for aquarobics, too. It’s also really useful if you’re going out for a day and might take dip later – means you can wear the two-piece under your clothes and not have to wriggle around to get changed (or get totally undressed to use the bathroom)this tankini has a proper ‘racer back’ so provides full support for swimming or sports. There are other versions which just have over-the-shoulder straps – they tend to come in more interesting colours and are fine for splashing around and sun-bathing, but they’re not so practical if you intend to do any serious swimming. There’s no padding in the bra section. My tankini gets rinsed after each swim in fresh water, and has retained its colour and elasticity pretty well. It’s faded slightly, but the original still provides plenty of support and hasn’t sagged.

Perfect for those of us with longer bodies. I prefer tankinis as i have a long body and one piece swimsuits just aren’t long enough. This is a lovely fit although wriggling into and out of the top is always a bit of an effort, especially when it’s wet.The size i have says gb 14/36. I think a normal gb size 14 is actually 38 but this size fits me fine. My hips are 37 and my bust is 35 (i’m 34b in m&s bras). There’s shell support around the bust area – this is stretchy and would accommodate a bustier gal than me. The shorts fit snugly and there’s a drawstring too. I’ve had speedo tankins before and they have lasted well.

Seriously impressed with this swimsuit. Paid a ‘bargain’ price for it. Very decent leg length on the shorts, and the top was generous on the body length too (no ‘riding’ up).
